These new security requirements and education programs are the result of unprecedented collaboration across the IRS, states and industry to fight fraud and protect federal and state tax accounts, and it is working. However, we know that these types of changes can be challenging during season and we are focused on helping to simplify these going forward so that you can adopt new policy changes and industry requirements more easily. We are inspired by what we have learned from you and by what we can now do with technology across our offerings, education and care programs to simplify your work, speed the delivery of forms availability and give you new tools to help you and your customers – all with the consistent focus on quality and security.
